At Khogvivbroz, we take pride in every handcrafted item we create. We understand that purchasing artisan products is an investment, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This return policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges of our handcrafted products.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return period for most items. Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

What We Need for Returns

  • Original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Item in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging (if applicable)
  • All accompanying materials, certificates, or documentation

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized items created to your specifications
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Perishable goods or items with hygiene considerations
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Gift cards or store credit
  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at info@khogvivbroz.world or call +1 (512) 555-9021 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all accessories, documentation, and your packing slip. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our artisan team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing.

If Your Return is Approved

We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The refund will include the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If Your Return is Denied

If your return does not meet our policy requirements, we will contact you to arrange return shipment of the item at your expense. We will explain why the return was not accepted.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your preferred product as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect and package each handcrafted item before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately upon receipt.

Reporting Damage or Defects

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Natural Variations vs. Defects

Please note that minor variations in handcrafted items (such as slight differences in color, texture, or grain) are characteristic of artisan work and are not considered defects. Each piece is unique, and these variations add to the charm and authenticity of handmade products.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged item, or manufacturing defect). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance for valuable items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe, please take these steps:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time for refunds to post)
  • Contact your bank (there may be processing delays)

Sale and Clearance Items

Items purchased on sale or clearance are eligible for return within the standard 30-day window, unless otherwise stated. However, original sale prices will be refunded, not regular retail prices. Some clearance items may be marked as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for return.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees or duties. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Refunds will be issued in USD to the original payment method.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to the gift recipient, they may return it for store credit. The gift recipient should contact us with the gift receipt to initiate a return. We will issue store credit equal to the value of the returned item.
